A community-based initiative focused on climate change awareness, tree planting, and youth empowerment in Lango Sub-region, with Otuke District as the primary implementation area.

Climate Awareness and Environmental Restoration Program – Lango Sub-region

The Climate Awareness and Environmental Restoration Program by PACU WA AFRIKA Building Society (PABS) is a community-driven initiative designed to address the growing impacts of climate change in the Lango Sub-region, with Otuke District serving as the primary implementation area.

The program responds to critical environmental challenges such as deforestation, land degradation, poor waste management, and low levels of climate awareness within rural and semi-urban communities.
